1 Scope and content

This privacy policy describes how moltosenso s.r.l., corso Francesco Ferrucci 112 Blocco B, 10138, Turin (Italy) (hereinafter: “MTS” or “we” or “our”, “us”), responsible for the processing and management of your personal data collected through the MTS sites, intends to process it. This policy applies only to sites owned by MTS and does not apply to personal data collected on other websites that you access through links on MTS sites or to information that MTS collects offline. This Privacy Policy is set forth in accordance with Legislative Decree 101/2018 (hereinafter “Privacy Code”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”). This Privacy Policy is intended as information pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of GDPR. Any claim relating to confidentiality in the use of this website will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Italy, without reference to their conflict with foreign law principles. All disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin (Italy), to which the user of the website consents the exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to waive all personal exceptions of incompetence of personal jurisdiction and non-jurisdictional jurisdiction and agree that the legal proceedings may be instituted in a manner authorized by law or in accordance with the rules of the Court of Turin.

7 Right of access, rectification and deletion of personal data

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you may exercise your rights under Article 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) by asking MTS: – access: you can ask for confirmation whether or not data concerning you is being processed, as well as further clarification of the information contained in this Information Notice, and to receive the data, within the limits of reasonableness; – rectification: you may ask to rectify or supplement the data you have provided us with or in our possession, if inaccurate; – deletion/opt out: you may request that your data acquired or processed by GEDI Digital S.r.l. be deleted, if they are no longer necessary for our purposes or if there are no existing disputes or disputes, if you revoke your consent or your opposition to the processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete them; – the limitation: you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, when one of the conditions set out in art. 18 of the GDPR is met; in this case, your data will not be processed, except for storage, without your consent, except for what is stated in the same article in paragraph 2. – Opposition: you may object at any time to the processing of your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are legitimate reasons for us to process your data that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or our defence in court; your opposition will always prevail over our legitimate interest in processing your data for marketing purposes; – portability: you may request to receive your data, or have it transmitted to another data controller indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. 8 Data processing methods and security

Personal data is processed mainly using electronic procedures and media (DB, Analytics analysis tools, etc.) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected and, in any case, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, not excessive and relevance provided for by the current GDPR privacy regulations. Furthermore, to access these platforms, MTS uses a variety of security technologies available on the market to protect the processing itself, including secure servers, firewalls and encryption in communications.

9 Data Retention

We inform you that the navigation log data, if recorded, will be kept by the Owner for a period of 3 months. We also inform you that the data provided by you will be processed for the entire duration of the existing contractual relationship between us and further stored exclusively for the period provided for the fulfillment of legal obligations, provided that it is not necessary to store them further to defend or assert a right or to fulfill any further legal obligations or orders of the Authorities.

10 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Although MTS does not intend to make frequent changes to our privacy policy, it is always a good idea to check our most recent policy from time to time so that we can be sure that you have read, understand and agree to what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. 11 Language of moltosenso Privacy Policy

Although MTS may have provided you with a translation of this privacy policy from Italian (original language), you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience and that the Italian version of this policy is the only one that directs the relationship between you and MTS. If there is any contradiction between the Italian version of the Privacy Policy and a translation into another language, then the Italian translation will take precedence.
